Blending Medium by Winsor & Newton slows the drying time of water colors. This medium allows the artist to have more time for different blending techniques and extends their working time even in hot climates. Winsor & Newton reccommends for maximum effect to dilute the water colors with the medium only although it can also be mixed with water.
