An oil painting discussion with:

These three accomplished artists will discuss their experiences as oil painters. They will talk about why they chose oil as their medium. They'll describe and define their style and how oil painting suits their vision. They'll explain their training, learning curves working with oil paints and some of their setbacks. The audience is invited to participate and question the artists.

DOT BUNN is a full-time professional studio painter and is active in the Bucks County art community. Dot exhibits both regionally and nationally. She is committed to merging traditional knowledge with the latest tools of technology. Dot teaches traditional oil painting and color theory at Red Stone Farm Studio, just outside Doylestown, PA.

CINDY ROESINGER has a BFA with a concentration in photography. Cindy's professional began in NYC as a photo editor. Upon moving to Bucks County and being inspired by the rich scenery and artistic culture of the area, she began her foray into oil painting. Cindy is a self-taught painter. Her internationally acclaimed work has garnished awards and inclusion in notable invitational and solo exhibitions. She works and resides in Doylestown, PA.

JAS SZYGIEL is a life-long resident of Bucks County and has been exhibiting his work for over thirty five years in regional galleries while participating in countless juried shows nationally. His paintings are stylized realism using tonalism and sfumato painting techniques which creates unique atmosphere and mood.
